Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Oyster mushrooms
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Butter
1 clove Garlic (minced)
Fresh herbs to taste (chopped)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wipe off the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and cut up the mushrooms (remove half of the bottom stem and cut the mushrooms themselves in half).
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss the mushrooms with soy sauce, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Gently stir the mushrooms in the skillet to coat them with oil, then let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side to brown them, then cook stirring to let them soften.
  4. Push the mushrooms to the side, then add the butter and garlic to the skillet and let them cook together for 30 seconds before stirring the garlic butter into the mushrooms.
  5. Let cook for 1 minute, then season the mushrooms with salt, pepper, and fresh chopped herbs to taste such as parsley.
